Booked in for a service and pink slip, the worker didnt hear me properly clearly and just put me down for a pinkslip, took 10minutes for him to come to the service desk and serve me clearly look unhappy to serve me. Idk maybe try another machanic

Jim (the owner) is the rudest man you could ever deal with. First off was rude on the phone when I tried to book my mums car in and, when we went to drop it off, he couldn’t even crack a smile, no hello, just a horrible sour, cranky look on his face. I don’t think he wanted any business with the way he conducts himself. Clearly doesnt want to be there, so maybe time for you to move on. He was horrible from start to finish. You have certainly have lost my business and will make sure my friends don’t use you again.
