I went in to get my brake light bulb changed, but unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. One of the staff members—an older man with a white beard who seemed to be a senior—was extremely rude and spoke in an unprofessional and abusive manner after completing the job. Jim goes out of his way to help. Honest and reliable. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my car. Jackie is also great, and her customer service skills are fantastic
