Extremely unprofessional salesman (Wasay). Calls me “boss” instead of my name in his introduction to me. Then tells me he takes trade ins. I offer him my BMW and he responded by saying “not interested because gas is too expensive and no one is interested”- yet 99% of his inventory is gas vehicles. What kind of dealership refuses trade ins because gas is too expensive???
Excellent service would highly recommend buying your next vehicle with Nelson. I have purchased several vehicles including company van, Audi s5, and a R3. Great warranty and service.
