In the middle of this heat my air conditioner stopped working. I wasn't sure I would be able to get anyone out so quickly to have a look at it but Daniel from DMS Air was able to get someone out here fast! Israel was very knowledgeable and was able to figure out the problem right away. He also gave me tips and tricks on how to keep the house cooler and the system not working so hard. I contacted DMS to install a mini-split system for a new construction/ADU. The system included one condenser and three heads. The two technicians who arrived were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They completed the initial installation in one day and returned to finish the installation after the city inspector inspected their work and cleared it with no corrections. Service was great, they were able to work with my schedule and get me in. The tech Israel came to my home and was very informative and gave me some tips and tricks to keep my AC unit running smoothly. Communication with the team was phenomenal, 10 out of 10 recommend!
