D&M Plumbing returned my call immediately and even fit my repair in at the end of their day. I had a broken shower control valve so that meant the water was shut off to the entire house. They could have easily put me off until the next day, but they didn't. Great customer service and workmanship.
I was quoted a price for services and after the service the price changed to a higher fee. he stated' "everybody makes mistakes" Make sure you get your quote in writing before you use these services.
After getting the run around from another company, I called D&M to get another quote. They ended up completing the job for a fraction of what the other company was trying to charge me. They gave me exactly what I asked for and didn't try to charge me for additional work that I did not need. They were always very quick to respond and to come out, and really awesome to work with!
Well changed my mind Was here 15min got bill in and it was 250 for call. Even though he was nice this wS a minor toilet problem. Ridiculous Sorry but had to change stars. Mark was exceptional he called us when he was unable to make then called next morning he would be here around 3pm He made it and fixed quickly Seems resolved we will see But he had good follow thru
