To anyone who is considering selling a home in New York's Hudson Valley, I would strongly recommend obtaining a certified appraisal to help you establish a selling price. I highly recommend Darlene Provino. A certified appraisal is worth the expense, especially in a strong sellers market when many real estate agents will provide their market analysis just to make a quick sale. Darlene Provino knows the area and the appraisal she provided me when selling my late Aunt's townhome made all the difference!!!

This was the first time we used DMP Appraisals and we were pleased with their service and on time appraisal. Weve used many apprisers over the years and whn Darlene said she would have the appraisal completed in a week I thought it would probably be closer to two weeks. We rec'd our appraisal 1 week to the day! I would recommend her service for appraisals Peter J Mccarthy
