Absolutely unorganized office. I made an appointment through the web site, but nobody called me back (and the confirmation email said if nobody calls back, I have to do it), when I called to the office, they said they are fully booked for that day. Why do you even have this option - to book the appointment online, if it doesn’t work? As attractive and experienced as they are looking on their web site, I would never go there, I mean just make it convenient for people, or don’t have this option at all.
