Dr Volkin is very through and kind. He explained every procedure in detail and weighted all options.
Dr Volkin has a good bedside manner and is great at diagnosing and treating a single condition, IC. My symptoms only partially fit that dx, but he still encouraged me to try the treatments, only for me to get worse. He eventually sent me to get a second opinion. That Dr agreed it's not IC, but Dr Volkin only addressed IC treatments at our follow-up after the second opinion. Frustrating.
