Dr. Dmitry Volkin did not disappoint! What a kind, caring and compassionate doctor he is. He spent a good amount of time explaining my procedure results with me, and answered all my questions in details. I would 100% refer my family and friends to him. I can't wait to see him again. The receptionist named Lauren out front was so nice and understanding to me, so was the nurse Maria, and the medical assistants.
Very professional and informative
We were lucky enough to have Dr. Volkin on call at Backus Hospital when our fifteen year old son needed emergency surgery. He was amazing and compassionate. His bedside manner A++!
Dr. Volkin is absolutely amazing. He recently removed a kidney stone from me. He is a compassionate, skillful, and very personable doctor. Highly recommend him.
Dr Volkin is wonderful, but scheduling is lacking. The person that does scheduling was not there the day I had my appointment, which was Friday. I was told I would receive a phone call on Monday, it is now Thursday and no phone call, no schedule. I called everyday and was told that my request would receive high priority. This is very frustrating for me; I need to make plans around these appointments.
