Chef Cardel was incredible! I had a private dinner at my apartment for my boyfriends birthday and he could not have been more accommodating. Not only did he work closely with me on the menu to ensure that it was tailored to my boyfriend’s favorite dishes - but he also was communicative and kind throughout the entire process. I hired Chef Cardel to prepare a 7 course meal to celebrate a 60th Birthday. The experience & food was amazing. Chef was personable & professional. He delivered beyond what he had promised. The service was impeccable and the description of the course along with preparation information was enjoyable. Chef also patiently answered questions from my guest & myself. Chef was amazing. He catered a meal at my home. While he was professional he entertained my kids and let them be a part of the experience. I highly recommend him and his team for an elevated dining experience.
