From the first day I called and spoke to Nic Drezins, he was nothing short of professional, courteous and willing to help! This is the first time we are building a raised home and he provided options and costs to suit our needs. Dmitri and his crew were very polite and did an awesome job of driving 59 piles for our raised home and every one is straight as an arrow. Do not hire this company! They cracked my bricks on my house when they were pile driving next door. When I contacted the owner he basically that’s your problem! They are unprofessional and discourteous! The owner is arrogant. Find someone else for your job.

As a general contractor I have used this company numerous times to set anything from 50 all the way up to 250 piles. They have handled all aspects of the work from the material sourcing and delivery all the way to the installation. The job site is left clean and the cost is fair. There is no other company we consider.

I called this company several times about getting an estimate for some work in my backyard. After waiting a few days for a call back, I still hadn't heard from anyone. Today I called back to see if anything changed or if my plans had been reviewed. I was transferred to a VERY rude lady located in Covington. It was evident that she was unfamiliar with anything in the area and was not interested in doing her job. She offered absolutely no assistance. Definitely won't be utilizing this company. You all need to do better! :(
