I had a wonderful first session with Dimitri. Having experienced multiple areas of pain, i.e., back, hip, knees, I feel confident Dimitri and his techniques are going to make a difference that nothing else really has...I'm looking forward to continuing treatment and feeling better than ever in my seventies.
Had an amazing experience with an hour massage with Dani. She was super attentive to work on the areas I needed and gave great advice on how I can take care of myself more. It was the best massage I have ever had and highly recommend coming here!
Dani was great. A good listener and she clearly demonstrates that she wants to help and do her part to bring pain relief! It’s been 18 hours since my massage ended and I haven’t felt the pain that I went in with to the degree that I have been feeling it. When I begin to get a flare up (only 2 minor ones thus far) it’s a pain level of 2 and short-lived, compared to the typical 10 and lasting 10+ minutes or longer. Yea! I cannot wait to let her work me again!
Dmitri's bodywork is like nothing I've experienced in my 15 years of regular massage. He has helped me release deep facial constructs that have begun to unwind years of bad habits using his unique technique. If you're looking for a nice, deep massage, this is not your guy. If you genuinely want to get to the root of body pain and feel differently, book him!
Update review: I started in August 2023. I go every 5 weeks. My most recent sessions in march and april were upper body and back. My breathing was restricted by tight lats and ribs. My deep nose breathing during workouts and cold plunging are at least 30 seconds now. My overall thoracic movment was released and that changed my hip mobility for the better unexpectedly.
