Dmetri knows his stuff. He is awesome. I have had shoulder and hip pain for years and after 2 appiontments with dmetri my pain is significantly less. He is very well educated in the mindfulness to how muscles acts/reacts and how the body is one giant continuous unit. Dmetri discusses and explains everything to you so you understand why you are having the pain and how he can help you.
Update review: I started in August 2023. I go every 5 weeks. My last 3 sessions included quads, hamstrings, ankles, and feet. My walking gait has completely changed. I now have the ability to deep squat for mobility and strength. My lower back has never felt better. Soft tissue release from Dmitri will change your way of living. It took me years to find a trigger point therapist. Dimitri is amazing, definitely just what I needed to resolve some deep, persistent tendons/ligaments that were locked up. Not a massage, real therapy. He worked on places in my lower back that connected to my shoulders, areas in my shoulders that connected to my face. I feel so much better after only two sessions, and scheduled a few appointments for the future. Very satisfied to find a professional offering trigger point.
Dmitri has been a miracle worker on my Plantar's fasciitis, which has been plaguing me since last Fall. He has been using a pressure point technique which has been relieving the pain in my heel. I am back to walking several miles a day, thanks to his knowledge and skill. He is also very personable and kind. I am so grateful to him! I highly recommend him.
I had my first appointment less than a week ago, and I already notice a huge difference! My neck pain has decreased dramatically, and hasn't returned as it usually would after a regular massage or chiropractor session.
