Dave went above and beyond to make sure my BMW GT was back in order after being rear ended , im a first time customer and Not only was he able to get the bumper painted to perfection but was able to also fix mechanical issues as well as got my vehicle towed to his location . Best part is Dave was able to save me money on the initial quote, going forward this will be my one stop shop for all German vehicles.
The guy is very rude. Stop in there for one second when they were closing just to ask a quick question he should probably learn some people skills. Was very rude and ignorant
There is a true shortage of people like Dave in the auto industry, technicians who can truly diagnose a problem instead of throwing parts at an issue. I bought a beetle that had an issue I could not figure out for the life of me. First shop I took it to threw parts at it and returned it to me as "fixed" with the same issue. Second shop had it for three months before pulling it in and seeing some new parts in the engine bay and quickly decided they didn't want anything to do with it, that someone else had been chasing a probl... read more
