Not professional, NO FOLLOW THROUGH AT ALL! You do your walk through and are handed keys then you never see them. You might get an excuse for why you never see them but good luck! Use a different builder- so incredibly difficult to work through which includes hidden costs you get hit with at the end and absolutely zero customer service for anything!

Signed contract 6/ 2021- Closed 8/2023 Yes, they delivered a home and it is habitable. We would not refer DMI Homes to anyone. The following facts are why. Communication over this very extended time was very very poor. We expected the portal would make communication easy and effective. We thought we would be able to watch the progress of the home. In the process of having them build a house. It's been a pleasure working with them so far.They are a great quality builder with great customer service. I've been working with Tiffany at the model on Dressel and San Casa.If you're looking for a quality builder you have got to take a look.
