Terrible company that drags their feet to complete tasks. We are currently selling our home and our buyers are using them. The buyer had to change loan types midway through and did not communicate with us about the change for nearly 3-weeks. Then they were slow on sending out an appraiser. They were short on the phone when prompted for a timeline, and eventually drug their feet enough to cost us what could a couple thousand dollars delaying close and making our cross-state move even more difficult. They are unprofessional.
Working with DMI team was pleasant & informative. They explain the process clearly & is very straight forward. This was important to me since I was a first time home buyer. They can get you the loan even with lower income or bad credit. I recommend them.
