Terrible staff will always ruin your day.. Very poorly managed office with incompetent staff
This office is poorly managed, I would get incorrect appointment reminders by text creating confusion; insurance billed with incorrect codes which affected other therapies, etc.
The Front Desk Staff and Therapists are absolutely wonderful! Everyone is kind and patient. Thank you for what you do!
