We needed a contractor to completely rennovate our master bathroom...gut it and start all new. Derrick is not only highly professional in his demeanor but exceptionally detailed to achieve perfection...and he does just that. Our bathroom went from the old 80's look dark wood....to all white with a marble theme throughout. Derek did an amazing job on my home. The home had SIGNIFICANT flooring/sub flooring damage, and Derek went over and beyond to repair everything we needed. Flooring, drywall, painting, and a host of other services and repairs that the home needed. The house looks like a new house! DMH is extremely professional and I recommend Derek to anyone in need of home repair or renovation service.
From the time I called. The owner Derek must have redone my quote 10 times to help me stay in my budget. Very friendly every time even tho he was always busy ! We agreed to a price and I was able to get started two days early. He showed up with Anthony his helper. Very professional and polite to my kids. Work was done very well and in a timely manner. Derek set up a time for an estimate at 2:30. He arrived promptly at 2:30. The estimate was actually a little lower than I had already gotten. ($143). Derek and his helpers (Steven was great) did a great job on our flooring in our bedrooms.
