DMH has got to be one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with. Back in 2009 they did an excellent job adding a manual transfer switch to support plugging in a standalone gas powered generator for my house. Seamless installation of a charger in garage and subpanel. Team was professional throughout and completed the job with minimal impact on existing walls.
Had a good experience with the two electricians who came out in October and did around $2800 worth of work on my home. They were polite and professional. However, when I met with Tyler he mentioned they would handle the permits which they included as a $250 item on my invoice that I paid . It’s now been 2 months since the work and they will not return my calls about closing out the permits. No one will confirm if permits were pulled. I have called 3 times and cannot get an answer. UPDATE: DMH called and resolved the issue.
I used DMH to install my home charging system for the New ID4 I bought last week. They were incredible. On time, efficient, price was good. Couldn't be happier with the new charger at my home. Thank you to your team and appreciate the professionalism.
