I was appalled by the lack of professionalism during my friend’s funeral service. The staff’s behavior was unsettling and inappropriate for such a sensitive and emotional setting. What should have been a moment of dignity, care, and respect instead felt disorganized and insensitive, causing additional pain for grieving family and friends.
I was very disappointed in my experience at the Goff Funeral Home staff when attending a funeral for a friend. Food was brought, but had to go to Family Dollar to get supplies for the family to eat on, eat with and napkins. When one of the staff was asked if there were any of these items in the kitchen, the reply was, “Not unless you brought them.” This was a very UNPROFESSIONAL reply.
