Today on the 241, an employee in a branded company vehicle put other drivers at risk to save himself a few minutes. He bypassed nearly half a mile of waiting traffic, then cut me off so aggressively he nearly hit my car. A formal complaint has been filed. Awesome machines, horrible service. Took several weeks to get a service technician out, after multiple emails and phone calls. When the technicians finally came out, they accomplished nothing except ran up a nice bill. They didn't have the right pull stud to do a calibration(yet they manufacture the machine, and know exactly what pull stud it uses) then they worked a half day when there was more work to be performed, just so they can charge more travel time.
