Awesome machines, horrible service. Took several weeks to get a service technician out, after multiple emails and phone calls. When the technicians finally came out, they accomplished nothing except ran up a nice bill. They didn't have the right pull stud to do a calibration(yet they manufacture the machine, and know exactly what pull stud it uses) then they worked a half day when there was more work to be performed, just so they can charge more travel time. This place is good for selling machines but seriously lack the over the phone technical support!!! Requested several call backs and Tony Rivas refuses to call you he claims there are only two techs on phone support for the whole USA if that's the case DMG needs to step up and hire more people
