I installed 12 DMF recessed LED fixtures 13 years ago. I’ve been happy with them until recently when 2 started to flicker. No problem I thought. I went to the DMF catalog on the DMF web site and found a replacement. The issue is that the trim I need to match the rest of the fixtures hasn’t been made “in years” (per customer service) even though it’s in their catalog and web site today. Perfect.
They do not honor their warranty. I bought LED lights for my new home. A few failed very quickly, and slowly it got worse. The company offers a 5 year warranty. I was never able to use the warranty. They gave me the run around, saying I have go through their distributors. Their distributor "Ready Electric" would not even call me back.
