We purchased a 2021 E-Cart from Naples Golf Carts. It is a beautiful cart, with a lot of options for the price. In fact, it was, by for, the best deal we could find. We had a couple of issues with our cart, with a defective motor mount and an electrical issue. Last time I had my 2019 eCart out I had to push it a half mile home and that wasn’t the first time. Tim was supposed to pick up my cart and fix it and never did. I had someone else fix and promptly sold it. Garbage Chinese cart and garbage service.
4/24/21 my wife and I purchased an ecart today from Tim and Cass their low pressure sales led us to the perfect choice. I went through the process of Ecart after venturing through other brands like Ez-Go, Club Car & Icon. Best value for my buck came from Ecart. Highly recommend. I met the owners Tim and Cass. I went to the warehouse and was heavily impressed by the work flow and atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and the delivery driver Tony was VERY thorough and took time to show us every aspect of the cart and answered ALL of our questions. There is no reason to go anywhere else.
