Had a great experience with Dan from DME Overhead Door. He came out to fix the garage door at my elderly mom's house and was absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, affordable, on time and explained everything in simple terms so my mom felt comfortable. He fixed the issue quickly and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly. Local small business for the win! Dan was straightforward. He didn't try to up sell anything and took the time to explain our options. We had to wait a few weeks for the garage door, as it was a special order size, but once the door was delivered, Dan had it installed in a day and a half. Dan was easy to work with and super friendly. His estimate and final price were not wildly different and came in at about $7,000 less than the other estimates we had. We recommend DME for a fair price and quality work.
