They've got the parts! Excellent customer service turned my insurmountable confusion about what I needed for my chair into a well maintained wheelchair. I totally recommend DME Hub for Quickie and TiLite chair parts. Have your serial number ready when you call with questions. Thank you for keeping me rolling! Tyler facilitated ordering my rims and tires from Tilite/Permobil and made sure they arrived to me as an assembled unit set! This was much appreciated, given that my spouse had ordered these as a replacement set for the rims/tires that my local DME provider through my insurance had damaged during a service appointment. I'll happily work with DME Hub over my local provider in the future because of the quality of service and product. Thank y'all so much!
Dave has always been helpful and prompt. Prices are reasonable. I have been in a Tilite wheelchair for 18 years. I gave up on the medical equipment companies and have used this company to maintain and replace parts. It’s cheaper and so much faster. I have been waiting 3 weeks on this new medical company to find me new tires. Meanwhile my flat-surfaced, worn out tires feel like they are glued to my floor. Each push of my chair feels like knives stabbing my back. I called Dave and got them in 3 days. Such a relief!
This place is not very helpful their customer service is not. End of story is they are FIRED!!!!
