They've got the parts... Many, unfortunately, of the wrong ones. Excellent customer service turned my insurmountable confusion about what I needed for my chair into a well maintained wheelchair. I totally recommend DME Hub for Quickie and TiLite chair parts. Have your serial number ready when you call with questions. Thank you for keeping me rolling! This place is the best! They exceed our expectations every single time!! Real people working at a real place, just genuinely trying to help the customers who need to buy from them. I fear that they will be bought out by the " the man" and this greatness will be absorbed into corporate madness. But until then, we are DME HUB FANS for life. Go to National Seating Mobility instead, this place is not helpful and their customer service is Terrible

Tyler facilitated ordering my rims and tires from Tilite/Permobil and made sure they arrived to me as an assembled unit set! This was much appreciated, given that my spouse had ordered these as a replacement set for the rims/tires that my local DME provider through my insurance had damaged during a service appointment. I'll happily work with DME Hub over my local provider in the future because of the quality of service and product. Thank y'all so much!
