DME handled our exterior remodel project. We had siding, fascia, soffits, exterior doors and gutters replaced. We requested estimates from many contractors. Dan's estimate was competitive and fair. He was also the most responsive of all contractors we talked with. DME subcontracted work to two different crews. One for the siding, fascia, soffits and doors; and another for the gutters. After getting very frustrated with some the contractors I called in the town I live in (seems none could bother to return my calls), I contacted DME through a Facebook ad. I normally distrust Facebook ads, but thought I'd gamble. This was a good call. Dan got back to me within just a few days, sent someone out to view the job and we were able to come to an agreed upon cost and the job was started within a month. They redid my roof two years ago. They dropped nails behind my facia which caused damage to the facia. They refused to take care of it. They did not flash correctly, so now I get water underneath my shingles running down into my soffits. When I spoke to him, he said it was because of the ice dams but it’s already happening again this year with no snow on the roof. He was very argumentative.
