Horrible service. Last week they came to my very sick mom’s assisted living apartment in Fort Worth to deliver a bedside table. We were told it was broken on the truck and a replacement would be delivered the same day. Two days later after it didn’t arrive I called and after getting the run around I was transferred to the warehouse manager. He promised it would be delivered the next day. Dashawn came to our home to install a hospital bed for my Dad for home hospice. This service was amazing and Dashawn was wonderful and sweet with my Dad. He brought everything in, hauled it upstairs and assembled everything. Great service and shootout to Dashawn for being the kind soul that he is. Highly recommend!
The company that has it techs have the clients sign a HIPPA privacy form BUT violates thier own employees private health records. In addition old equipment that is not properly inspected or sanitized and sent back out carelessly. Select a provider that does not use this company and you will most certainly be better off.
I would like to review the DME Express location in Irving Texas. Address 3627 Conflans Rd Irving TX. The onsite manager whose name is John Ramos is very incompetent, unprofessional, and smokes weed at the warehouse, in the company vans, and does other illegal drugs while being at work. He offers, and shares his drugs with the employees. Everyone who indulges is under the influence of drugs when they are out working. Tabatha Sweet has very poor management skills. Company delivers recycled bed mattresses that hospice patient passed away on without proper sanitation.
