Recently brought my father to this imaging center, and we were warmly welcomed by Ali at reception. After my father explained that he struggled with English, Ali kindly found a way to communicate with him using a mix of Italian and English. It was a thoughtful gesture that made my father feel more independent and comfortable. I’ve recently visited DMDI with my son who has medical anxiety and needed dental X-rays done. We had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and kind, the radiographer took extra time to explain the process to make my son feel comfortable and relaxed. I appreciate your patience and professionalism and would highly recommend your services to other customers. Thank you again!
Extremely rude & unprofessional behaviour from the DMDI radiographer towards 2 different customers - 10/4/2024.
Not on site parking ! Great experience, the lady at the reception was really nice to me, got my scan done on time and took like 3 mins, report was also delivered on time, very happy with my experience.
We chose to go for DMDI for CBCT for my wife all the way from Officer to Camberwell after reading all the 5 stars rating; even though they were charging higher than other nearby Radiology centres. However, we were really disappointed with our experience at DMDI. The gentleman at the reception was really friendly and engaged us in a good talk. All good until here...
