When our 1946 home in midtown Ventura had water damage to the kitchen and bathroom, we were devastated to lose much of the original cabinets and countertops. David listened to our concerns of wanting to keep the original integrity and feel of the home for the replacement of cabinets, shower, tile etc. Couldn't be happier with the end result, which looks fantastic. Throughout the whole process, if little things came up that we wanted to change or needed fixing, he and his team were right there and attentive. Highly recommend!

We just used DMD as the general contractor for an Ikea kitchen remodel. The experience with the other two contractors involved -- the quartz countertop installer and especially Ikea’s Traemand in-house cabinet installers -- led me to appreciate David and his crew more. DMD is incredibly clean and careful. They laid out masonite floor coverings before starting the work and kept them in place until done. They kept the area impeccably clean during the install. David Dunlap is outstanding, and I highly recommend him. He's knowledgeable, courteous, and very efficient. I'm care giving for two elderly parents, and we needed roof repair. Due to the coming rains this winter, I didn't want to risk a leaky house. Due to the time and noise it would take to replace the roof, David patched it up and showed me personally what needed to be done. And he did a fine job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him.
