Their "wiring expert" took "12" hours to install a digital dash. As you can imagine, they charge by the hour. I removed the old dash before i took it there to save time and the kit was retrofitted, includes clear instructions on which new color wire matches with the old color wire. I find out later, The "expert" got lazy and didnt run a wire to the battery like he was supposed to (specified in the instruction book he had), he spliced it to a close power wire causing issues with the radio, the lighting and the dash. I had new suspension installed last year and should have suspected poor work when I left DMCs parking lot my hub cap rolled off and was destroyed which they wouldn’t replace. They said they were cleaning it before I picked it up and it was filthy. This past July my suspension gave out while I was driving it home and destroyed my front end…came to find out they never pinned the lower ball joints, left and right side. Closely watch the invoice and hours spent on your project. Also, double check the work being done once completed. I have spent over $10k in 2022 with this shop. They do good work but more than once, I had to follow up on something not completely right and still not right. They do phenomenal paint work and good people to work with but they are in the business of making money and if your spending, just make sure its being spent right.
I went in with very high expectations but got very poor results!! They were supposed to redo my seat’s carpet weather stripping etc. When I went in I told Dave several times what I wanted done he acted like he understood what I was asking. Note I never came in asking for a discount I asked him how much would it cost that’s it. Today was my last straw I went to go get a Carwash when I was covered in water unfortunately.
