Never fails to be an absolutely horrible experience. The incompetence of each person apart of the lab staff - from check-in, phlebotomists, to management is incredible. I do quarterly third-party blood testing kits for an illness ordered by my physician (the testing company is called Genova) and every single time, they do not know what to do. Love them!! I've been here many times and the staff is always incredibly nice, professional, and I never have any issues!
Thursday March 2, 2023 this happened around 1pm. I had the absolute worst experience here ever!! The African American lady at the front desk treated me like the plague wouldn't even touch my order or help me. Wouldn't look at my paperwork to see what exactly I was there for as I was very confused and didn't understand what she needed from me as she yelled and screamed at me "lab order! Lab order! ".
