For the first time since my injury 10 years ago I feel cared for and have a sense of direction towards wellness.
Like similar other negative reviews, the business is not developed to adequately respond to urgent needs. I have called 3 times, sent 3 portal messages, and 3 messages on their Klara app. I haven't got any closer to determining if the Doctor will write a temporary prescription that will give me heart medicine I need until the check in visit.
