I’m writing this on behalf of my mother who has only had terrible issues with DMC. First, at her first appointment she showed up and they had closed early without calling and informing. They stated they emailed her, however, she never opts in for that type of thing. Next, they set her up for a physical for a new patient and they ended up saying it was a follow up. I had been trying to get an issue resolved with the office manager of Goffstown and I have left her 3-4 message over a period of 8 days and I have not received one return call. I will not disclose the issue as not to totally embarrass the office but I am in the medical field as well, I am also an office manger and I know how important it is to keep good relationships with your patients and communication is huge part of that.
