Dr. Mellow (Dover office) was extremely empathetic and kind. I would say she is probably the best primary care doctor I've seen in my adulthood. Dr. Mellow made eye contact with me and listened attentively while I talked and when she was taking notes on my various issues she would summarize and repeat what I said to ensure that she had recorded the most accurate retelling of my stories. Horrible office! If your seeking mental help you will not get it
Very frustrating visit with Dr. Mellow. I brought my newborn in for a visit looking for help around feeding after a very drastic change in her intake the past week and all Mellow was focused on was her weight gain in the past month. I felt disregarded and made to seem like I was over reacting until she did the physical exam. Met with so much hostility from the front desk and the call center while trying to make an emergency appointment. No one there knows how to get medical records from local hospitals. My primary is wonderful. Just dont have an emergency because they will make it seam like you are doing something wrong or making them work.
