If I could give 0 stars I would. The dr that had seen my son did not actually want to help him. She said he had a double ear infection, when in fact his ears were 100% healthy she prescribed antibiotics for the “double ear infection” my son later had a negative reaction to and we later that night ended up in the er to witch we learned our son had no ear infection. I would not recommend this practice to any parents. I will be removing my son from this office!
I had an appointment scheduled for this morning, was getting conformation emails and everything. When I arrived I was told I was not in the system. I even showed them my email, confirming the location, primary care provider and my appointment time. 10 minutes later a receptionist came out and told me that I couldn't be seen for a whole year because I had missed my originally scheduled appointment in April.
