This place has turned into a very difficult place to have care given. My doctor, Dr. Rafaill, took my blood in June '25 and wanted it retested in December 25, 6 months later. Prior to the December appointment, they let Dr. Rafaill go. I called to confirm my appointment, and they scheduled an appointment with a new doctor a week after my blood work was to be taken. They told me, my blood work with the lab will still be taken. When I went in for my blood work, they said, they won't take it since the new doctor didn't order it.... read more
Dr. Rafaill was fantastic, but they downsized and let the 2 docs go, a real shame.
I love my doctor, Dr. Matthew McKenna. He listens, he's caring, he personally calls with test results... he's absolutely amazing. The office staff are all wonderful, including the medical assistants and the receptionists. What is truly despicable is staff restructuring, thanks to Tenet CEOs who couldn't give two funks about patients or their dedicated physicians. It's all about padding the pockets of those that call the shots, not those who actually prescribe them.
Truly awful place. As I arrived a receptionist was clearly agitated with a 90 year old woman who had a hard time understanding her. Then they proceed to lie to me with no remorse or sympathy for my situation. Omg DMC. Close this place down. Nobody should have to feel ashamed to seek medical care.
