Dr. Kakos was a consult for my sons shoulder but has been more concerned about other issurs he has going on then the Dr's he currently see's for those issues, he lidyens, he calls you back snd he cares, katrina ( i think I speeled it right) is always a buge help, she is patient, follows up. I love this Dr and his staff!! Highly reccomended!!

Almost always an hour or 2 late for my appointments, I'm sitting in lounge or waiting room forever. Makes me feel unimportant. My time is valuable too. Not coming back. Staff is nice enough.

I called to schedule a follow up appt for my son. The receptionist Katrina was rude and was very disinterested in helping me find a sooner appt than a month away. I finally asked to speak with her supervisor. Which resulted in me being put on hold. I was on hold for so long the phone rung back again. I was put on hold again listen to more music. I finally hung up without speaking to anyone. Please enroll Katrina in customer service training and phone etiquette.

I called looking for help with my Achilles tendonitis and talked to the receptionist. After being put on hold twice and a 10 minute wait I was finally able to ask my question. I mentioned Achilles problems. The lady kept asking: is this orthopedic. I answered yes, I have a sports injury. Is it a problem in your shoulder, hand or else. I said no: my Achilles. she had no clue what the Achilles is. I had to hang up. There was no way I could get through to her.
