I want to be clear that this post has nothing to do with the quality of care or expertise of the clinicians. I fully expect that they are top notch. Unfortunately, the practice seems intent on running like a cattle farm where they try to force as many patients through as possible regardless of capacity or wait times. We have been there twice for a consult on a knee replacement. The wait the first time was over an hour for a ten minute consult, and then we waited another half hour to check out. Dr. Kakos was a consult for my sons shoulder but has been more concerned about other issurs he has going on then the Dr's he currently see's for those issues, he lidyens, he calls you back snd he cares, katrina ( i think I speeled it right) is always a buge help, she is patient, follows up. I love this Dr and his staff!! Highly reccomended!!

Almost always an hour or 2 late for my appointments, I'm sitting in lounge or waiting room forever. Makes me feel unimportant. My time is valuable too. Not coming back. Staff is nice enough.

I called to schedule a follow up appt for my son. The receptionist Katrina was rude and was very disinterested in helping me find a sooner appt than a month away. I finally asked to speak with her supervisor. Which resulted in me being put on hold. I was on hold for so long the phone rung back again. I was put on hold again listen to more music. I finally hung up without speaking to anyone. Please enroll Katrina in customer service training and phone etiquette.
