I am writing to express my strong disappointment with how drastically the quality of care has fallen apart since Dr. Goldstein left; he delivered my previous child, was supposed to deliver this baby, and the practice was wonderful under his care. After he left, I was transferred to another doctor within practice who had a family emergency, leading to a breakdown in communication, canceled appointments, barely being seen, complaints not being taken seriously, miscommunication about my exact gestational age, and a complete lac... read more
The woman who answers the phone is very rude. I spoke to her to make an appointment for the first time and she was very rude. If she doesn't want to work, she should stay home.
Called in this morning to set an appointment for the fist time for my wife and the receptionist was extremely rude and not helpful at all, my wife doesn't speak English but I always go to the appointments with her so its no problem and this lady just said in a rudely matter that they dont have a translator, there should be more proper training for receptionist on how to speak to people. Unbelievable behavior i would give 0 stars if I could
