My grandparents, Hilda and Jack Pringle, lived here in winters, Canadian snowbird, For many years (30 abouts ) until about 1993. When she could no longer travel. It was her 2nd home.
They give you a flat rate and don't notify you of it on electricity. Along with slow or no repairs, violating habitableness and health. The preexisting leak is getting worse, the skylight drops bugs and oily substance when it rains which is not often, so far. the list of things could go on and on. The point is stay away if you can.
Lived here while I was a field worker during lettuce season. Space was quiet, clean, and affordable. The owners are honest people who will work with you in case life throws you a curveball. Very much recommend to anyone looking for an affordable living situation!
I have lived here for 2 years. The manager is a gal who doesn't have time to manage the park. I have repairs that were suppose to of been done before I moved in and still have not been don though I have been told many times they would.. Most of the trailers are run down and not kept up.
If you like owning things and want to hang on to it you dont want to live there,they never fix things and they mess with your mail and its done improperly,not a place for your young ones either.
