They contract for Lowe’s. Their delivery drivers don’t look at notes. They arrived before the window when no one was available. They were gone within a few minutes. Now canceling the fridge, stove, microwave sale with Lowe’s over this horrible 3rd party delivery company. Lowe’s my advice to you is to drop this contract, they are terrible to your customers and will loose you more and more sales then any kind of cost savings with them is worth (because unless they are super cheap I can’t imagine any reason to use them)
So bad. They were very hard to coordinate a time to pick up my package. The only time they could be there within a four day span was extremely inconvenient for me. I went then anyway, at the agreed time, and ended up waiting well over an hour while my contact in St George tried to get ahold of them. Awful experience. I can't believe a business is run like this.
