Dan is an excellent communicator, prompt and professional. Very happy with the hard work (excavation of crawl space beneath house) him and his crew completed! Will continue to work with him in the future for the many house projects.
Dan was quick to come by and check out some potential rot above our garage door. He was very personable and professional. His team came by within the week to knock out the job and gave a fair price.
DMC are life savers. I was in a real tough spot after another local contracting business left us with a gutted house and a depleted budget. Dan stepped in and got to work immediately to get us moved into our new home, while keeping our budget in mind. His crew works fast and the work they do is so solid. Communication with Dan and his crew is thorough and personal - they made sure the work they were doing was exactly what I wanted and kept me up to date throughout the whole process (special shout-out to James).
