MPA group have about 6 different surgeries yet they only ever offer me the sunlight centre you very rarely see a doctor it's always the nurse or clinician/pharmacist you ask them a question and they can't answer they ask you what you want them to do you come out of there knowing no more than when you went in I had one clinician tell me I should of upped the dosage myself also asked me if she should do a stool and another test she didn't explain my results to me also told me to ring 111 go up hospital and see gastro team if s... read more
This is the worst surgery in England.
Rude, unhelpful, rushed in the doctors but slow when giving life saving prescriptions. Just had a receptionist hang up on me when asking for a photo signature. "No we don't do it" & hung up. Send in a repeat prescription on a Monday & still don't have it by Friday so end up having to beg for my medication from the pharmacy or 111. It was never a good doctors but has got considerably worse over the last 2 years.
