I was impressed from start to finish, good work Gari and his team .
Hired to clean air conditioner x 2. Air conditioner no longer works. Contacted company. They claimed no responsibility. I cannot replace unit. Given their response, I am sure others may have experienced similar. No phone call to explain, even after i called them. But they could email a quote for new board and air conditioning units. Please reach out if anyone has had issues with this company as I will be escalating. Fantastic customer service. You got us out of an air conditioning hole at the worst time of the year for needing to keep the old bones cool. Wonderful office staff and fantastic technicians doing an instllation of two new units in the pouring rain. Have a great Christmas all of you and enjoy a well-earned break.
DMC were quick to provide a quote and Install 2 new air cons. When one aircon unit stopped working 8 weeks after installation , DMC were quick to look at the aircon, admit fault and fix the issue free of charge. Honest, trustworthy and prompt service. Thankyou
