Daniel and his son gave our kids such a good workout that they were actually excited to get back in the gym. Excited for next session and already making so much progress...Highly recommend!
We enrolled our 9 year old son who plays travel AA hockey and travel baseball with the goal of cardio, strength building, gaining discipline and learning self defense. DMC has exceeded our expectations and provided so much more to our son than we would have ever imagined.
