DMB is terrible they do not keep to there commitments. They are ruining a once beautiful master planned community, Verrado. What was once a charming town with lots of trees and greenery. Now they are tearing everything down. This is not what we were promised or sold into. They are claiming there is no water to keep all yrees and greenery. They can use secondary water that is being used for the golf course. It already exists. As a resident of the Verrado community, I would love to leave a review for DMB Development. I will also leave some pictures. This company deserves an award for bait and switch. They are masters of developing communities, and once the new homes are sold out, they no longer maintain the parks, they cut down trees, take bushes out and don’t replace or repair anything!
