Don't. Don't. Don't. Project is 5 months behind. Derek hardly ever came to job site. Spent the last 2 weeks hiring a new contractor to fix what DMB did incorrectly. Ordered too much material that we can not return. Other material went missing after we let them go. Then continued to ask for money from the work they "completed." He stated he his filing bankruptcy. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE DMB.
I hired DMB to redo my siding, kitchen cabinets and install a bathroom tub in place of a shower stall. DMB came to my house shortly after contacting the company and sold me on a lot of promises. Unfortunately, they weren't the ones sent to do the work. I got very inexperienced contractors (one was only on the job 4 days). The trim on my outside windows isn't sealed. It is popping out.
