Today was very upsetting. I have been to this salon several times because it is convenient (5 mins from my job) and even though I have been left waiting one time before, I got over it and continued to go back. But today was different. To make it short, in 2 hours, all I received was a shampoo. I was left sitting with wet hair and already late for work. I had to end up blow-drying and flat ironing my own hair and this was not because the salon was full, there was only one other customer. Unfortunately I will not be back but t... read more
