Purchased a gift card for my girlfriend and the initial service was adequate - even superb. She received two haircuts and was very pleased with her stylist, Dana. A third attempt at scheduling an appointment resulted in poor communication from Dana, with Dana being not specific enough in saying an appointment was being canceled. She said the weather would be poor but did not say that meant she would not be showing up. I have been going to Dana for three years now and she is always able to achieve the look I want without damaging my hair. I trust her judgement and love experimenting with color with Dana. I genuinely look forward to my appointments, which always start and end timely. Definitely recommend Dana to anyone looking for color and cut services!!!
