We built a multi-million dollar building with Dmac. Since then the first day we had leaks in the roof. Later on we also found that they put in used material in our property. The construction schedule was so poorly managed that we ended up opening months later due to their delays. If I had it all to redo we would have gone with someone else. Disappointing as it is even their vendors told us that they were not paid promptly after we have issued out the payment.
