I recently experienced a very unprofessional and an extremely unpleasant customer service experience with this company.
The customer service experience (for example, responsiveness in returning phone calls, responding back to emails, etc.) at DMA Insurance Services was absolutely unacceptable at a professional level. On several occasions over the past few months, it took multiple days to hear back from our insurance broker.
