I inquired about the NAD+ shot and decided to go in for the treatment today. I had a consultation and received the shot, but nowhere during the process was I informed that there would be an additional consultation charge. I only found out when I was about to pay after already receiving the injection. I had a very disappointing experience with this business. The owner by the name of Dayana was extremely unprofessional and used profanity in front of clients, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed ,as I was waiting in the front lobby while a friend of mine was getting a treatment done. Owner did not care to greet my friend nor me. All that she did was approach us with mean looks. I expected a higher level of professionalism, especially in a customer-facing setting. I went in for a consultation but was never greeted despite the staff being in the front, they carried on with their conversation as if my presence was irrelevant to their conversation then they walked to the back so I left and took my business elsewhere. Poor customer service and care. Extremely unprofessional for “medical staff”
