I called the mechanic before coming and asked if he could service my truck. He told me yes, so I explained that I had a load and asked if he could take care of me quickly. He said yes, but when I arrived about 10 minutes later, he told me to wait. If there was going to be a wait, he should have told me over the phone so I could decide whether to come or find another mechanic. My time is valuable, especially as a truck driver with a load to deliver. Very poor communication and a waste of my time.
