Very disappointing experience. I arrived at this shop at 6:30 AM and did not leave until 8:00 PM. I lost an entire day here, and I feel like I was charged for time that was unnecessarily wasted. The lady at the front desk was rude, unfriendly, and had a terrible attitude toward customers. The technicians were also extremely slow. One of the most professional companies ive ever used. Devon came out gave it thought and had my dump truck hooked up. Definitely knew what he was doing and today you dont get that. Very reputable company. I'd use these guys over any others. They definitely saved the day for sure.
I had to leave this review immediately after seeing the pride Devan took in his job. This man treated my Kia Stinger as if it were a Lamborghini when loading and securing the vehicle to the bed of the truck at 11:30pm on a Thursday night. He was very personable and quick to answer any questions I had with absolute certainty. I have no doubt it will make the 40 mile journey in the same condition it left. Would not recommend unless you like getting the runaround and overcharged for nothing, lady at the desk is cool but thats where it ended. Mack will lie to you just to get you to come there. Overall if it wasn't for Shana at the desk it would be a one star
