They came to fit me a comfort high toilet today. Mathew came and measure up for me and got the toiket then came to fit it today he was was brilliant a credit to the company, friendly. Cheerful, efficient, knowledgeable and quick. He cleaned up after himself. We were so pleased with him I asked if he could get and fit a seat in my walk in Shower no problem he will, see to it for us. I cannot recommend highly enough
Cowboys - avoid. Put in a bathroom for me and looks good to start, but then all the problems show up. Initially say that they will compensate for bad worksmanship and installation - but when the boss doesn’t show up when he says he will and doesn’t even ring - they quickly change their tune to they’ll ‘come out and have a look but any work will be chargeable’. Save yourself the hassle and get a bathroom installed from a decent, reliable company that replies to questions you have.
Where do I start. If there was zero rating I'd give them nothing because there not even worthy of 1 star. They've been nothing but problems from start to finish
Very unreliable let us down big style! The boss of this firm told us he when we would come on a specific date in time for other tradesmen coming in to complete a job. The day arrives - the boss didn’t show didn’t even say why - no phone call nothing- why come and see a job if you have no intention of coming and doing it - we won’t be using again ! Thanks for wasting everyone’s time!
